How energy healing works

Energy healing is a type of bodywork that uses the power of energy to relieve pain, stress, and tension and promote physical and emotional well-being.

Energy healing can be done by anyone who has learned how to use their energy field to heal others. Energy healing practitioners are typically trained in one or more modalities: Distance energy healing, Reiki, Therapeutic Touch, Healing Touch, Quantum Touch, ThetaHealing®, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and other methods.

Energy healing is a form of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) that involves the therapeutic application of life force energy (also known as chi or qi). It’s been around for centuries—and it’s still growing in popularity today!

How does it work? Energy healers say that an energy force exists in all living things, called “life force energy” or “vital energy.” This life force flows through our bodies like blood flows through veins. Sometimes it leaks out of us when we’re sick or injured.

Energy healing works because we’re all made up of energy: our bodies, thoughts, and even our emotions are all made up of energy. Connecting to your energy can help you tap into your intuition and find clarity about what’s holding you back from achieving what you want in life—and then use that information to make changes in your life that will help you move forward.

Aura Energy Healing & Balancing is a holistic healing, balance, and harmony approach. A person’s aura or energy field comprises different layers, each with unique characteristics. There is health and well-being when these layers are in balance and harmony. There is illness or disease when they are out of balance.

By using Aura Energy Healing & Balancing services, you can regain control of your life by learning to read and use these energies for good. By tapping into the power within yourself first and foremost through this process, you’ll be able to see yourself as powerful instead of weak (or even worse: powerless).

It is a 30 day healing process, I will require a recent/current picture and description of the issues you are having. My way of honing into your aura and collective energy fields involves meditating on the information you provide me with. This all helps me connect with you and the issues you are facing so that a solution to the problem can be attained. Following my aura healing process, I will then follow up with you either via phone or email to make sure you are headed back in the right direction.

Depending on what your situation is I may ask you to light candles, light candles on your behalf, do spiritual cleansing, follow rituals to clear and change your energy, program crystals and much more.
