A nightmare that shows up once in a while is one thing. A nightmare that returns night after night, the same dream, the same fear, or a feeling that follows you into your waking hours, is another. When sleep itself starts to feel unsafe, it affects everything else in your life too. Energetically, recurring nightmares are often tied to something specific, unprocessed grief, fear that has not been fully released, or negative energy that has attached itself to your sleeping hours, and that root can be addressed directly.
What Often Sits Behind Recurring Nightmares
Grief is one of the most common roots I encounter. Clients have described a parent or loved one appearing in their dreams after passing, not as comfort but as something unsettled, leaving them restless rather than at peace. Unprocessed fear is another common thread, sometimes tied to a specific past event, sometimes to a more general sense of danger the mind keeps replaying at night. Negative energy attaching to your sleeping hours can also play a role, particularly if the nightmares feel disconnected from anything happening in your waking life.
I want to be honest about something important here. If your nightmares are connected to trauma, PTSD, or a mental health condition, this work is not a substitute for therapy or medical care. I have worked alongside clients managing PTSD, and while some have found real relief, I always encourage continuing with a licensed therapist or doctor alongside this work, not instead of it. If a child in your home is experiencing nightmares, involving their pediatrician is worth doing alongside any energy work as well.
What This Healing Actually Does
I work to clear whatever negative energy, unprocessed grief, or fear has attached itself to your sleeping hours, and to restore a sense of peace and safety around sleep itself. Clients have described everything from a child’s nightmares fading within a week, to a parent’s presence finally settling in dreams after a loss, to years of recurring frightening dreams stopping entirely. I share these because they are real, but I also want to be honest that not everyone experiences the same timeline or degree of relief, and some situations benefit from ongoing work rather than a single session.

My Process
This is a thirty day process. Send me a photo of yourself along with a description of the nightmares you are experiencing, and I connect with your energy through meditation on that information to identify what has been attaching to your sleep, drawing on more than twenty five years of this work and a family healing lineage that goes back eight hundred years. Depending on what I find, the work may involve energetic clearing, prayer, candle work done on your behalf, or programming crystals to help hold the new energy around your sleep. I follow up with you by email or phone with my findings once the work is complete, and I am always available to answer questions beforehand.

Can this help with nightmares related to PTSD or trauma?
This work can be a supportive addition alongside trauma related nightmares, but it is not a substitute for therapy or medical care. I always encourage continuing to work with a licensed therapist or doctor if trauma or PTSD is involved.
Can this help my child’s nightmares?
Yes, this has helped children in the past. I would still encourage involving your child’s pediatrician alongside this work, particularly if the nightmares are frequent or severe.
How long until I notice a difference?
Some clients notice a shift within the first week, while others see gradual improvement over the full thirty day process. Every situation is different, and I would rather be honest about that range than promise one specific timeline.
What if my nightmares are connected to grief?
This is one of the most common roots I work with. Clearing unresolved energy tied to a loss often brings real peace, though grief itself is also worth processing with the support of a therapist or grief counselor if it feels overwhelming.
Is this done remotely?

If I could give a million stars I would.
I had been dealing with psychic interferences on and off for 25 years. Meditation became extremely difficult, and I could only manage it occasionally, which was incredibly frustrating. So I had contact a few years ago with Uriel and nothing ever came of it. When I reached out to him this time my life was in shambles my relationship was on the rocks, I was out of work and unable to find new work my energy was extremely negative and to be honest I tried to take my own life.
