How the Sessions Work

Sessions run forty five minutes each, over the phone, and you can choose a single session, three sessions, five sessions, or ten sessions depending on how much support you want. Most clients start with five sessions spread across roughly three months, which gives enough time to build real momentum rather than just talking about change once and losing it. In each session we look at what is working, what is not, and adjust the plan together rather than sticking rigidly to whatever we decided in week one. Change rarely moves in a straight line, and the plan should be able to move with you.
